What We Ate For Breakfast

I had an acai bowl this morning.I dont have any frozen acai packs but i do have raw acai powder from viva-pure.co.uk
You can just blend with bananas and a little honey of agave nectar.Today i put in-
Pitted Dates
Bananas
Frozen Coconut Meat (taken from a fresh coconut that i had just froze so it wouldnt go off)
Frozen strawberries ( i buy organic reduced and freeze)
Kale (Always sneak greens in everywhere)

I topped with what i had to hand-
Goji Berries (Detoxtrading)
Mulberries (Detoxtrading)
Chocolate Nibs (Holland & Barrett)
Raw Pumpkin Seeds (detoxtrading)
Buckwheat (Crunchy yum)

The twins had a morning smoothie of-

Bananas
Filtered water
Raw Acai Powder
Kale
Frozen Coconut Meat
Frozen Strawberries
Raw Agave Nectar
Reishi Mushroom
Himalyan Salt

Then as you can see i had to fight them off from my acai bowl:
They enjoy playing then running back for mouthfuls of mums breakfast. They also munched on some "happy kale" crisps flavoured in chocolate & coconut.
When they woke they had the orange, ginger, lemon & lime juice i made last night.
Theres an insight into our family breakfast this morning. All of this takes less time than making porridge. And is much more advanced in nutrition. The most work it takes is putting it all in a blender and switching it on.I just make it up as it goes and let my inner voice tell me what we need. When you listen to that voice you will know exactly how to eat.For example when it is the womans time of the month her voice usually tells her chocolate.Well we are all deficient in essential mineral magnesium.Even more so on our monthly cycle, chocolate (eat a delicious raw bar as the cheap chemical popular  brands are a very poor choice) is super high in magnesium which is why your body is sending you to that direction.
Anyway,
Have a Happy Healthy Monday,
Love Jen
