So its been a busy one here at Rawnchy HQ.
Our new juicer arrived!
It removes farming chemicals such as pesticides & herbicides and has a magnetised technology that keeps the juices fresh for upto 72 hours before decline of nutrition so that makes our 3 day cleanses as nutrient packed as possible!
So weve been practising on friends & family!..

We are cacao snobs and weve been won over.As huge chocolate fans we go through cacao by the load and we are excited to be working with this organic brand.It will be available in raw chocolate nut mylk in our cleanses and other dishes to come!
They were kind enough to send me a sample box and ive been nothing but impressed!
The tins are very convenient! My cupboards are bursting full of bags.. so much so ive had to build shelves for my superfoods and ingredients.
I drink tonics everyday,they are basically a hot sweet drink with a base of a herbal tea.Usually chocolately (cacao).
Heres what i made from the Creative Nature batch.
"Creative Detox Tonic"
Brew a pot of the teatox (its loose leaf)
Pour into a blender with 2 TB cacao powder, add 3 TB coconut nectar/sugar (i love coconom brand), vanilla extract and 1 tsp maca.Then add the goji berries as marshmallows yummm!!
(Makes enough for 2-3 people)
This is high energy and high detox.
The blend of tea is incredible.
I will be here forever listing each benefit of each ingredient but i highly suggest you google them for research for yourself you'll be amazed.Heres a couple!
Creative nature bars are stocked in Holland & Barrett,my fave is raw cacao i will do a post on those soon,i actually ate them too quick and never took pictures so will pick a couple more up!
